Overview

Aluminum brazing furnace is a kind of brazing equipment for the aluminum radiator suitable for the brazing process of aluminum radiator, condenser, evaporator, oil cooler and other products. Features

• High performance refractory material is adopted to ensure the superior insulation feature of the furnace with low energy consumption while empty load. Hard brazing

Brazing solder has a melting point of more than 450°C and high joint strength,The strength of hard brazing joints is high, some kinds of brazing solders can be used in high temperature. There are many kinds of solder for hard brazing, the most widely used solder based on aluminum, silver, copper, manganese and nickel. Aluminum base solder is often used for brazing aluminum products.Silver base copper filler metal is often used for brazing copper and iron parts.
